About MBSR

There are many ways to learn Mindfulness.

Mindfulness-based stress reduction is the most widely researched and evidence-based approach.

The MBSR program offers secular, intensive Mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression and pain.

This course will support you in committing to showing up and building regular practice over several weeks.

Jon Kabat-Zinn explains his rationale for using Attitudes in Mindfulness in this short video.
We embed guidance from ancient traditions, which are transformative and essential to our training.

‘I felt that my teacher personified Mindfulness. Her voice, persona and overwhelming sense of calm encouraged a learning experience where I feel inspired to go on to further Mindfulness study, which had not been my initial goal. Just to say a huge thank you for an inspiring and life changing experience and I would unreservedly recommend this course!’
